Swim Team

The Swim Team is the unofficial name for a group of particularly hot guys who are friends. The original name of the group was earned at a party at Maria Maggenti’s apartment in the East Village on a particularly hot evening (August 12, 1988), when some of the group (David Serko, Adam Smith, Danny Fass, Geoff Freitag, and Chris Sharp) went swimming in the fountain in Thompkins Square Park and then came back to the party dripping wet.

Most of the Swim Team guys are not in an affinity group, and are on the look-out to join any affinity group that is forming for Target City Hall.
